[News] HyunJoong, Paralyzed Kansai Airport.. Hundreds of fans gathered [18.08.2010]




Singer actor Kim HyunJoong went to Japan on 17-Aug to attend to ‘Boys Over Flowers’ alumni event, fans enthusiastic support paralyzed the airport.

On 18-Aug, according to Kim HyunJoong’s management company Key East, Kim HyunJoong arrived at Kansai International Airport in Osaka at 7pm on that day and fans were there to welcome him.

On that day, Kansai International Airport in Osaka was packed with people with news of Kim HyunJoong coming. Despite that the arrival time to Japan was not made known, fans gathered from noon onwards, soon there were about 200 fans and increasing, because of that and for the safety of the airport, they have to urgently mobilize private security and police force which is an unusual scene.

Getting out from the arrival gate, Kim HyunJoong was met with waving hands from hundreds of fans smiling brightly.

This event is an event that gathers the actors and actress in ‘Boys Over Flowers’ which gained huge popularity in Korea and Japan when it was broadcasted last year. The actors and actress will spend meaningful time with the fans looking back at the memorable scenes from the drama as well as videos from the previous event held in Japan.

Management company Key East said “Even though Kim HyunJoong has continuous overnight drama filming, he prepared event performance during his spare time. It has been a long time since he met with the fans, he will work hard to be able to create good memories with them.”

Kim HyunJoong, together with Goo HyeSun, Kim Bum and Kim Joon will attend ‘Boys Over Flowers Alumni’ event held on 18-Aug in Osaka and on 21-Aug in Tokyo. There are 2 sessions per day with a total of 4 meetings.
