[News][091123] SS501 champion for 11 charts in Taiwan & Korea, new album sold NT8,750,000 in 20days

Korea Flower Boy Group 'SS501' popularity is increasing. Their new album 'Rebirth' top in Korea 'Mnet' Music website for 4 weeks. When released in Taiwan, within 20 days, it was sold for 20,000 copies, and was top in 9 different charts in G-Music, 5 Music. Within 20days, they had earn around NT8750,000 (~USD271,942).

SS501 first arrived at Taiwan in June this year and released their 1st album. They have currently released a total of 7 Korean Music album in Taiwan, total sales exceeded 100,000 copies, earning around NT33,750,000 (~USD1,048,920). Their agency in Taiwan, Warner Music was so happy and said: "Year end bonus will depend on SS501!"

Taiwan fan collected NT150,000 (~USD4,661), purchased 501 albums in Korea
They are very popular in their country, main theme song 'Love Like This' top in 'Mnet' music website combo chart for 4 weeks. However, their fans think that was not enough, a group of Taiwan fans combine funds of NT150,000 (~USD4,661) to purchase 501 albums in Korea to bring up the sales figures.

Taiwan fan 'Cube' revealed: "Hope they can top in Korea program 'Music Bank' and 'Inki Gayo'.". Gained both in fame and wealth, SS501 never forget to return to the community, yesterday they donated their stage costune for chartity auction.
